Subscription & Bill Finder
Drop in the statement your bank already lets you download and every charge that repeats is found for you: streaming, apps, the gym, the phone, the insurance that renews once a year. Drag each into Keep, Cancel or Downgrade and watch the yearly total fall. Price rises, charges after you cancelled, free trials about to charge and the date to cancel by are flagged. No bank login.
1 Bills and subscriptions
Add a statement as CSV, OFX, QFX or PDF. The charges that recur land in To review; drag each one to Keep, Cancel or Downgrade, or focus it and use the arrow keys.

3 Take it away
The plan as a spreadsheet, a printed cancel checklist, and the reminders as a calendar file.

Statements are read in this browser and are not saved or sent anywhere. What is kept is the list of charges that recur (merchant, dates and amounts) and your decisions, in this browser. Runs of four or more digits in the statement text are masked before it is kept.
A charge counts as recurring when the same merchant bills it at a regular interval: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, twice a year or yearly. A plan that renews once a year appears once in a year of statements, so a single charge is shown only when the statement calls it a renewal, membership or subscription; add any other by hand.
A PDF statement is read from its text, line by line: each line with a date and an amount, signed by the section it sits under (purchases, payments and credits, deposits, withdrawals) and dated by the statement period. A scanned PDF has no text to read. A CSV or OFX download is the better source when your bank offers one.
A free trial has not charged yet, so no statement shows it: add it by hand with the day it ends, and it counts from then.
The cancel-by date is the day before the next expected charge. Some services need notice earlier than that; their terms say how much.
